The role of electrical assembler

As an electrical assembler at Holtab, you will work with the assembly and installation of electrical and mechanical components in our stations and switchgear. Electrical installation work is done according to circuit/one-line diagrams and wiring tables. Some customization and problem-solving are also part of the job. There is a wide variety of technical components we work with at Holtab, and we also have several different departments within production, which means good development opportunities.

You will work both independently and together with colleagues; in our production, there are leading assemblers and coordinators to support you in your daily work.

All work is carried out in a safe, clean, and bright working environment where we together, through good collaboration and a safe working method, ensure that we deliver products of the highest quality.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a high school education in electrical engineering or equivalent experience. We welcome both recent graduates and those who have worked with electrical installations for a while.

In your work with us, you will greatly benefit from a good ability to read and work according to wiring tables, circuit diagrams, and one-line diagrams. Since much of the work is done in teams, it is important that you enjoy collaborating and have a good ability to learn from others' experiences. We value your personal qualities, your strong commitment, and a positive attitude. In the role of electrical assembler, it is beneficial to be practical and solution-oriented.
